Moms are so wonderful!!!

So, I ask my mom if she might have a few scarves she no longer needs. I feel the need to tame my hair a bit. She breaks out with scarves galore. Now I feel so much better. I look cute and my hair isn't in my face. Check out my new look!

Interesting Natural Hair is an Entertainment News Story...

Just happened to notice the hullabaloo over Viola Davis wearing natural hair to the Oscars. I guess I should be happy it is being celebrated and not panned. Just odd...that people would find it shocking we'd actually wear our hair...(gasp!)...natural!

Lots and lots of hair...

You know, I know I've complained in the past about people noticing how much hair I have. But I really DO have a ton of hair. I guess I have been so focused on what it will be like to have long hair, that I didn't really have a plan for long, '80s big hair. So, it's time for scarves. Just pretty, simple ones that will help me manage it a little better. Or maybe some more headbands. Think I'll pop over to etsy.com. Always cute stuff over there.
